HR Executive — Hotel: Key Duties Draft and post job adverts; screen CVs and schedule interviews. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare offer letters. Complete onboarding: contracts, induction, probation tracking, and orientation. Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical) and update HRIS. Collect and verify timekeeping data; liaise with payroll/provider to ensure accurate pay. Manage leave and attendance requests; monitor absences and escalate issues. Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support. Investigate grievances, mediate conflicts, and support disciplinary processes. Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and follow up on development/improvement plans. Identify training needs, arrange internal/external training, and track training records. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and maintain employee handbook. Execute mandatory trainings (safety, anti-harassment) and maintain compliance records. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics (turnover, headcount, training hours). Organize staff engagement, recognition programs, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Assist with health & safety incident reporting and coordinate welfare or medical responses. Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefits queries. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information appropriately.
