We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Tandoor Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling a tandoor section and maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and consistency. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook tandoori items such as roti, naan, kulcha, paratha, kebabs, tikka, etc. • Marinate meats and vegetables as per standard recipes. • Maintain proper temperature and cleanliness of the tandoor section. • Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency in taste. • Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards. • Support senior chefs during bulk orders and peak hours. • Minimize wastage and handle raw materials responsibly. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in tandoor section. • Knowledge of basic Indian gravies and kitchen operations is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours. • Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude. We prefer candidates who are serious about long-term growth and committed to maintaining quality standards.
