We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Chinese Commis Chef with hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine. The candidate must be fast, consistent, and able to handle wok cooking efficiently during peak hours. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, starters, gravies, soups, and sauces. • Handle wok cooking with proper flame control and timing. • Prepare sauces, marinades, and mise-en-place as per standard recipes. • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation. • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage of raw materials. • Avoid use of Ajinomoto (MSG) and artificial colours as per company policy. • Control wastage and maintain discipline in the kitchen. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in Chinese section. • Strong knowledge of sauces and basic gravies. • Ability to work under pressure during bulk orders and rush hours. • Team player with a serious and professional attitude.
